          Kafuter K-0340 adhesive for ppr pipes all purpose contact adhesive anaerobic adhesive      

Main Characteristics:

Pale-yellow, thixotropy, fast cure, low and medium viscosity, high strength, general purpose anaerobic sealant, Fixing and sealing in different compounds, like bearings, gear wheels, plugs, etc. or retaining the gap less than 0.25mm.

Technical Properties:

Applications:

 (1)K-0340 is designed for bonding of cylindrical fitting parts.

(2) Seal and lock the metal threads, retain the bearings, belt wheels, and gears, etc.   

FOR Assembly:

1.For Slip Fitted assemblies: apply adhesive around the leading edge of the pin and the inside of the collar and use a totating motion during assembly to ensure good coverage.

2.For Press Fitted Assemblies: apply adhesive thoroughly to both bond surfaces and assemble at high press on rates.

3.For Shrink Fitted Assemblies: the adhesive should be coated onto the spin, the collar should then be heated to create sufficent clearance for free assembly. 

Storage:

store product in the unopened container in a dry location.

Optimal Storage:15°c~28°c

Shelf Life:18 months

Note: 

(1)This product may produce some irritating odor during working time. if contact with your eyes or skin, pls flush with water, if  become serious, you should go to hospital.

(2) Material removed from containers may be contaminated during use. Do not returen product to the original container.
