                     Kafuter K-7649 Anaerobic Primer/Anaerobic Activator

Main Characteristics:

General purpose activator for anaerobic adhesive which using for fasten the speed cure of Kafuter anaerobic adhesive, it can make the anaerobic adhesive cures even in big gaps, also, it accelerate the cure speed of anaerobic adhesive which could cure fast in the inert or passive-metal surfaces.

Applications:

It is recommended using K-7649 being below applications:

(1)Apply in passive or inert metals

(2)Using in large gaps

(3) When the room temperature below 10°c

(4) Fasten cure speed when using with Kafuter anaerobic adhesive    

Directions:

(1) Spray or brush K-7649 evenly on one of the surfaces(or on the passive-metal surfaces), but not coat too much at one time.

(2) Dry for 2~3 mins until its fully volatile, and then assemble with the other surfaces which coating on anaerobic adhesive.

(3) The parts coating with activator K-7649 which can not coat with anaerobic adhesive, in case of geting cure before assembly.

Attention:

1.Avoid long absorption or contacting with skin, if contact with eye, should flush with water for 15 mins immediately.

2. Keep away from heating and fire.

3.Keep away of reach of children.
