1. Two embossing units to produce dot by dot embossing to make paper softer.

2. Steel to paper embossing roller, it can be equipped with steel to steel embossing unit according to customers' demand.  

3. Band saw with self grinding system.

4. Advanced control technology,the winding profiles can be tight at the beginning of   winding, and then getting loose to avoid the problems that the core are loose from the rolls after long time storage.

5. Belt drive, web tension control device and output counting device.

6. Diameters of paper core can be adjusted between 25- 55mm.

7. According to customers' demand, the machine is able to make paper sheet by adding some units.
