 I. STRUCTURE AND CHARACTER

• Whole machine controlled by frequency speed-regulator with PLC and touch screen, all of the parameters can be set on operating plate;
• Pneumatic loading unit to lift jumbo roll up to shelves by double air cylinders;
• Two jumbo roll stands: (can be three jumbo roll stands as per customer's request )

     1) Jumbo roll run by flat belts conveying unit which up and down controlled by bounce     cylinders. The tension can be adjusted by stepless speed-regulator as per different diameters of jumbo roll;

     2) Jumbo roll location (to right or left) can be adjusted by hand wheel;

     3) The shelves can bear one ton jumbo roll and reliable in nipping;

     4) Tension control unit.

• Automatic detecting on paper break, paper wrapping and roll cores stocking to guarantee machine running;
• Screw knives perforate paper against bottom knives to make clear perforating with lower noise, the perforating distance is 100-500mm;
• Steel to rubber embossing unit(can be double embossing units,extra pay for the other)

          The distance between rollers can be adjusted for toilet paper production without embossing, and the embossing pattern should be confirmed by both parties;

• The surface of the steel roller is hard chromium plating for clear embossing;
• Automatic roll cores feeding, then toilet paper rolls are pushed to gluing location after rewinding;
• Automatic edge trimming, glue spraying and sealing at one time;
• Product auto counting unit;
• According to customer’s demand, the machine is able to make kitchen towel by adding glue lamination unit and different embossing units(extra pay for them);
• Air compressor is necessary to run this machine(prepared by customers);
• Color printing unit can be equipped if it is required (extra pay for it).
