Remark:

1. 1.    Curing rate will be affected by temperature; higher temperature can accelerate the curing rate and make the working time shorter.
2. 2.    This product uses platinum as catalyst, nitrogen, sulphur, phosphorus and organotin components will restrain the curing. So pls clean the remain rosin and try to use solder with low lead.

Shelf life                                                           

should be stored at under 30°C.Shelf life is 9 months after the date of manufacture.Pls completely mix the A and B separately before use.

When apply                                                          

Mix two components according to 1:1(volume or weight) completely, to make sure the component distribute even, we suggest can stir the A and B separately before mixing. Pour the mixed material into the element, if want better thermal conductivity, we suggest that could vent the bubble under vacuum environment before pouring. This potting material can be cured under room temperature or by heating. Due to different working time between summer and winter, there are two kinds of potting material.
