Two Parts Thermal Conductive Silicone Sealant Types

Note: This product is subject to curing temperature, the  temperature is higher, the operation and full curing time will be shorter.

Mixing A,B parts according to proportion A:B=10:1 on the basis of weight or volume until evenly. Suggest to stir A and B part respectively before mixing them to make it uniform distribution. Then dispense the adhesive on the potting position. If need high-thermal conductivity vacuum  deaeration

 is necessary otherwise no need. It can be cured at room temperature or by heating. But it is featured of room temperature curing, there is summertime and wintertime types, the two types are sthe same except for the operation time. 

Note:

This silicon rubber is vulcanized by platinum catalys, the nitrogen, sulfur, phoshor and rgano-tin compound material may hinder its vulcanization, so please clean the rosin on the PCB and use the soldering tin with low lead content. 

Packaging:40kg/set.

Storage period :sealed under 30C, the A,B parts shelf life are 9 nine months after production. Thereare sediments come after 3 months,please mix it thorough eveness before using.
