Product description
1.Good transparency, has a good adhesion to the PPA, PCB circuit board, electronic components, ABS, metal.After the product curing, it is colorless and transparent, and the low linear shrinkage rate and absorbing humidification capability ,and good yellow aging properties.
2.The mechanical properties and excellent electrical insulation properties, thermal stability and high temperature / high temperature (-50℃-250℃), by 265, the return flow.
3.No settlement with fluorescent powder packaging, color temperature deviation is small
APPLICATIONS
E6601A/B composition by A and B Liquid,belongs to 1.41 refractive index silicone,Can be used to encapsulation,molding,Mix phosphors for SMD and LED.

operating instructions
Clean the holder before dispensing,clean all the things which will effect the glue to be cure.
Bake the holder on 150℃ for 3 hours before packing. (PPA dehumidification and reduce other curing effect )
Mix two parts with ratio of 1:1, then put the mixed glue into the vacuum machine to do the vacuum deaeration.
After vacuum deaeration,put the glue into the injector and vacuum again, then you can take it out and use it directly. The glue that is not used should store in a clean, airtight container.
Use the needles or set automatic glue dispensing to adhesive dispense.
Put it in the 80℃ oven and bake for 60 minutes , then turn the heat up to 150℃ and bake for 180minutes . It will cured completely.
Storage condition:
Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature.
Expiration date:
Under the above conditions, the shelf life is 6 months after the date of manufacture. After shelf life, we can keep using after several all technical indicators met the specification .

Attention
Stored in a cool place, storage period is 6 months. Viscosity increases gradually with time
Such products are not dangerous goods, can be transported as general chemical.
A, B components shall be Sealed storage,If you didnt finish it in one time after open,still need to keep it sealed storage,avoid contact with moisture in the air
E-6601A/B is additional organic silicon elastomer. Avoid Contact with N,P,S, alkyne, diene, pb, Sn, Cd,Hg, and heavy metals .In case it hardens incompletely or not , clear the surface before potting
Different operations will lead to different results .such as bubble, interlayer, degumming, crack glue. Please avoid the causing factors, or consult relevant personnel.
Vacuum equipment is an open system and don't be mixed with epoxy resin. in case it cured and hinder, the ideal is to set up a production line of silicon.
Need to use the silicon mixing container and stir bar, avoid contact silicon with rubber gloves .
Because the silicon is uneasy to release the bubble, when the gas and the bubble engulfed in the silicon during the injection, please heating at the begining of the room temperature to release the bubble
Not good bonding, the reason is incompletely vulcanize, and has not been effective joint with the adhesive. In order to improve the adhesive strength We can raise the temperature or prolong bake time .
