Production Flow :

On-Sale: after order is placed, we will keep close eyes on the production schedule to make sure the cargo will be delivered in time as promised. and cargo will be inspected for 4 times before delivery.

After-Sale: after the cargo is dispatched, we will help to track the goods and notity customer when cargo arrrived the destination. also, we will keep an eye on the cargo sales status. If the end user came across a problem, we can offer technical support/suggestions, etc.

Warranty: 2 years warranty for long-term business customers.

Back-up: product defect rate is almost 0%, but if a product needs repair, we can help to do that. if the products is unable to repair, we will send new one for replacement.
