FA320A high speed drawing frame-the Max delivery speed 

is 500m/min.The main motor is controlled by frequency converter.The gear box is 

lubricated by sealing oil-immersed type.

Power dissipation is lower.The machine can be controlled by setting date on the displayer 

which is communicated to PLC Programmable Logic Controller.

DRAFTING

The drafting system is four over four type(can be became the three type),twin drafring zones with guiding rller and pressure bars.Position 

of the pressure bars can be adjusted fore-and-after to suit the ribres of different 

kinds and different lengths and enhance the envenness and quality to the sliver.

Being made of acryionitrile butadiene rubber,the roller is vulcanized directly so that 

deformation will not happen.It is durable and has a well antireeling feature. The diameter 

of all rollers are 34mm,thus resulting in a well exchange ability and convenient management.

Both the top and botton rollers are mounted on meedle bearing which enable a smooth operation 

under high speed.The bearing are furnished with oil cups which can be filled up periodically and last 

a long time before maintenance.

The draft zones are pressed by swing bridges under the actions of spring which have been 

treated with a special processing method,therefore the quality reliable.

GEARING

The gear box is lubricated by sealing oil-immeresed type.All drive gears are high precision bevel gears.

It is resonable driving structure,stable running,low noise and better synchronization.

ELECTRICAL PART

Main motor is double-speed with electricmagnetic-stopper motor.It starts stably and brake quicklly.

Logic controlling is calculated by the import PLC.The PLC is good at anti-interference and it works 

reliably.Feeding sliver system is controlled by the micro-computer photoelectric switch to detect 

the broken sliver.The photoelectric switch works sensibly,rapidly and reliably.

FEEDING DEVICE

The feeding method is high frame channel type foller active feeding.The creel is made of aluminum 

alloy material.It is driven by flat-belt and it works reposefully.

The creel has stable guiding sliver without accumulating waste fiber and resulting in unexpected 

drafting.It runs reliably with low noise.There are two types of the creel,one is the height of 1540mm,

the other is 1730mm.The photo-electric self-stopper with inner-amplifier is installed.It is very 

sensible and reliable to detect the broken slivers.

NOTES FOR ORDERS

1.The normal drafting range of this machine is 6.415-11.25 times.If drafting range which is needed is 

out of the range,please make a special order to the technical gears.

2.If it is running at speed about 150 to 180m/min, please make a special order to the gears.

3.There are 4 types trumpets applied:2.4,2.8,3.1,3.4.If you need other types of trumpets,please make a special order.

4.Roller hardness:Normal Shaw hardness85.If you need roller hardness 80 to 89,please make a special order.
