Usage:
This machine is a set of highly efficient and multi-purposed equipment combining the function of reaction, mixing, and dispersing into one. It is applicable to the mixing of all kinds of liquid-liquid, solid-liquid, paste-paste, powder-paste materials, the materials with much different density and proportion, and the production process for materials with viscosity from low to high ( 1.5 million Cps ). It can be applied in energy, electronics, chemicals, cosmetics, daily necessities and food industry.
Features:
* The cylinder is reliably sealed and can make stirring operation in vacuum state.
* The cylindrical body is provided with a jacket and can do heating or cooling to meet different requirements.
*The inner wall of the cylinder can be replaced and with precision machining, it is convenient for cleaning.
* Propellers can revolve and rotate on its axis and both with frequency regulation function.
* The upper part of the machine is hydraulic lifting and the cylinder can be replaced quickly.
* Two functions: low speed stirring and high-speed dispersion.
