Item I.Components of the tube making machine: 

1. Single-way uncoiler, can loading weight 3T.

2. Forming unit:

(1) Feeding holder, 2 sets.

(2) Double column type vertical holders, 7 sets. The main axle uses the 40Cr, and with tempering, high frequency quench, accurate grinding, rust prevention. The holders are use HT200 material.

(3) Horizontal type holder, 7 sets. The main axle uses the 40Cr, and with tempering, high frequency quench, accurate grinding, rust prevention. The holders are use HT200 material.

(4)ZP-50: Horizontal axis is OD 50mm, vertical axis is OD 30mm, straightener frame axis isOD 30mm.

(7) 212 universal drive shaft connecting for cars.

3. Welding system:

(1) TIG welder, 1set .

(2) Welding device, the thickness is below 2.5mm.

Item II. Delivery place: Tianjin port of China.

Item III. Terms of payment: 30% TT in deposit, 70% TT before shipment.

Item IV. Delivery time: After receiving deposit, the production will begin and delivery time is 50 days.

Item V. Warranty:  Seller provides one year limited warranty on equipment.

Item VI. Terms of acceptance and the Installation and debugging.

1. Installation place: all over the world.        .

2. The seller will be in charge of installation, the buyer should bear the costs of lodging and food and round-trip expenses for the seller.

3. Labor charge for 80USD/Person/day.
