INTRODUCTIONS                                                                                      

Solar vacuum tube has three membrane layers Cu- SS-AL. The surface color is purple golden or blue. The internal surface color is red. It has high efficiency heat. In the event of same capacity and sunshine, it can output more and hotter water than single target vacuum tube. The "three target" are high temperature resistance, high cold resistance and high heat efficiency (contrast to the single target vacuum tube ,its absorptivity has improved 5%~7%).

WORKING PRINCIPLE                                                                               

High Efficiency Solar Vacuum Tube consists of the inner and outer tubes, which are cut and coated on the condition of high temperature.

Solar Vacuum Tubes are the absorber of the solar water heater.

They absorb solar energy converting it into heat energy for use in water heating.

The hot water rise to water tank and the cool water fall to the bottom of the vacuum tube.

As the gravity theory, the hot water and cool water are continuously circulation in the vacuum tube and water tank.

Remarks:

Payment: For LCL/Sample order, the wooden box fee and inland transportation fee will charge for extra, we accept 100% T/T in advance;

For FCL order, we accept 30% T/T in advance, 70% balance is upon the copy of B/L.

Warranty: 8 years for vacuum tubes; for solar glass vacuum tube, we will send 1% of all tubes as compensation for free.

Delivery time: within 3 days for sample order; within 12 days for standard container, within 15 days for OEM order;

Packing details:

If LCL/sample order, in order to avoid be broken in shipping, we will pack the tubes with wood box.

FCL Order: export standard carton, five layers hard paper carton with safety foam in every carton.
