Three layers coating solar vacuum tubes have many new features. Higher efficiency and less heat loss.All Glass Solar Vacuum Tube consists of the inner and outer tubes, which are cut and coated on the condition of high temperature. The inner tube is coated in the three target magnetron sputtering plating equipments which is the newest three target technology and intorduced from German. Using the coating material of argon and nitrogen aims at becoming three membranes Cu-SS-ALN. It takes about 60 minutes. Then, melting the inner and outer tube together and evacuating empty in the vacuum machine. Evacuated tube is core of the solar water heater.  Its performance lies on the coating technology, The three-target evacuated tube rises the heat more than 12%.   1) High temperature: with special interference-layer it could bear the high temperature reach to 300 centigrade degree, and the coating will not shed and aging.   2) Super anti-freeze: Super-copper launches mirror, low reflectance, less heat loss ,good absorber results in cold environment, can also generate hot water.  3) Efficient absorption ratio: High absorption is up to 96%, reflection reduces 65% heat increases 12%. Higher temperature, more hot water.

WORKING PRINCIPLE                                                                               

High Efficiency Solar Vacuum Tube consists of the inner and outer tubes, which are cut and coated on the condition of high temperature.

Solar Vacuum Tubes are the absorber of the solar water heater.

They absorb solar energy converting it into heat energy for use in water heating.

The hot water rise to water tank and the cool water fall to the bottom of the vacuum tube.

As the gravity theory, the hot water and cool water are continuously circulation in the vacuum tube and water tank.

Remarks:

Payment: For LCL/Sample order, the wooden box fee and inland transportation fee will charge for extra, we accept 100% T/T in advance;

For FCL order, we accept 30% T/T in advance, 70% balance is upon the copy of B/L.

Warranty: 8 years for vacuum tubes; for solar glass vacuum tube, we will send 1% of all tubes as compensation for free.

Packing details:

If LCL/sample order, in order to avoid be broken in shipping, we will pack the tubes with wood box.
