ZW40 is a professional grade, with LEAD FREE brass ball valve electrically-operated water/gas shutoff valve. It is Z-Wave Wireless compatible and can work with common z-wave standard controller and other devices. Water/gas shut-off system works as an automatic valve for a home's main water/gas supply line and can be easily installed by a certified professional plumber. It can be set up to be on a 'timed' schedule using a smart controller inside a Z-Wave home automation network. ZW40 uses a motorized ball valve in multiple sizes, 1/2", 3/4", used to automatically turn off the main water supply when unwanted water is detected due to a leak or overflow.
