Overview:

AC-WG  series  wireless controllers, launched by Sino-Telecom, are multi-functional access point control devices  designed for coverage of hotspot areas such as enterprises, hotels and shopping malls etc.

1. Practicability Design

WG958, developed according to CAPWAP traditional access point architecture protocol by Sino-Telecom, is a device with automatically streamlined configuration mode and graphical configuration interface. With physical ports including 1*WAN uplink port and 4*GE LAN downlink ports, the device can automatically recognize wireless parameters such as transmitting power and channels of the access point or the auto configured access point which are not a concern for users. The graphical interface enables users to intuitively get the network status and reduce the difficulty of business data configuration.

2. Cloud Service (Scalable)

WG958 supports the remote monitoring of Sino-Telecom’s cloud service platform. The monitoring content is network and device key parameters (users’ business parameters will not be monitored), so as to help users to check the key parameters such as number of managed AP, CPU utilization, memory space utilization and radio interference which show the system operation status. Moreover, early notification can be made via SMS, mail and so on when system exception occurs. As a result, the maintenance cost can be reduced for users by improving network reliability.

3. Built-in High-Performance Access Point (Optional)

WG958, with built-in dual-frequency high-performance access point, supports 2.4G and 5G concurrent application. The dual RF module adopts the world’s leading 3*3 MIMO 11n technology.  A single module supports a maximum physical layer connection rate of 450Mbps, and dual module totally supports a maximum physical layer connection rate of 900Mbps. The built-in 6 antennas are connected to the main board of the device through high-specification connector, which provides reliable omnidirectional coverage.

4. Routing & Bridging Mode

Independent routing gateway mode and bridge transparent transmission mode are optional for the controller, which is convenient for the flexible deployment of actual network environment and realization of functions such as built-in NAT firewall, auto QOS and blacklist etc.

5. Built-in PORTAL Push

User name + password or mobile phone verification code can be selected to login the built-in page text WEB authentication push module. The fixed module can be set to push and propaganda customized adverts according to time and area in a fixed 7 days.

6. Roaming Mechanism

Built-in roaming function, which allows to set the roaming threshold. Users can realize fast roaming between different AP.
