Acrylic Printing Binder

(DT-893A)

 General Description

DT-893A printing binder is a new model of eco-friendly binder made up of acrylic ester with viscous liquid appearance. It is 100% active and multi-functional self-cross linking agent.

Concentration: 2.5%~3.5%,

1. Initial viscosity of white paste after adding water will be over 70000mPa.s under Brookfield rotary viscometer spindle 4#, 6RPM.

2. Around 3.5% in flat screen printing with viscosity 50000mPa.s and around 2.5% in rotary screen printing with viscosity 33000mPa.s, after adding pigment and binder

Property and features

1. Color fixing can be done in low temperature, yet capacity of color fixing is strong after high temperature bake treatment.

2. Obviously improve the water-washing fastness of a printing coating,

Anti-adhesive effect and resistance to high temperature.

3. High performance in color fixing, friction, soaping and color brightening

 Usage

1. On preparing printing paste, add appropriate dosage of DT-893A to measured water and stir at high speed until reaching required consistency.

2. In case printing paste is not viscous enough, then add some EM618 when stirring.

 Safety Notes

1. Stored in sealed container under environment not too hot or too cold.

2. Try to use it within six months.

3. Storage temperature 10-35°C.

4. Please use cloth or soft paper to clean when getting blotched by thickener, and wash with salt electrolyte and water.

Notes: Above usages have been proved through practice. But considering practical printing techniques, please choose the right manufacturing process after experiment.
