1)Gerneral Description

Em-610 printing thickener for reactive dyes is high molecular polymer with couples of carboxyl. It is kind of anionic synthetically thickener, which is applied to reactive dyes textile printing. EM-610 can take place of other kinds of printing paste, like sodium alginate. Owing to its unique feature of hypertonicity, EM-610 is most suitable for decorative fabrics printing.

3) Property and.Features

 1. Strong water cohesive and thickening ability.

2.High concentration, good color yield.

3.Sharp printing definition, no influence to screen handle; Obviously better than sodium alginate in coloration and brilliance.

4.Suitable for flat screen printing or rotary screen printing.

1. Basic paste madeup     

    EM-610  Urea  Reserve salt  Sodium bicarbonate  Water

    Stir mixture for about 10 minutes, until it is fully soluble with no uneven phenomena.

  Notes :Please adjust dosage of thickener according to practical condition.

 Safety Notes

   This is an eco-friendly product, no nontoxic and pollution-free. Please deal with it according to basic safety regulation of chemicals. It is better to be stored in dry and ventilated condition at temperature 5-35°C.

Product guarantee period is six months. It will become more viscous at low temperature, but that has no impact on product quality.
