The stone crushing liner introductions
The stone crushing line mainly consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, cone crusher or impact crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor and control system, etc. It is completely capable to crush and screen limestone, marble, granite, basalt, river gravel and other hard stone materials, and produce sand & gravels with various granularities for construction and building industry. We are able to design and manufacture complete crusher plants with capacity from 5tph to 1000tph, and to provide optimum and most economical solutions according to customers' requirements on stone specifications, output, application, etc.

Working principle of the stone crushing liner
Large stone materials from the storage hopper are evenly and continuously fed into jaw crusher through vibrating feeder for primary crushing; then the crushed materials are transported to cone crusher or impact crusher for fine crushing through belt conveyor; then the materials are transported to vibrating screen to be separated into different sizes. The end products with desired sizes will be transported to the final product pile and those with big sizes will return to the cone crusher or impact crusher for re-crushing. These forms closed and continuously automatic cycles. The plant can be equipped with dust removing facilities to protect environment according to customers' requests.

Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are factory.And we are located in Pudong area,Shanghai China.Nearby the Pudong International air port!

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 7-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 25-30 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

Q:Payment
A:30% by T/T in advance once sign the order + 70% before shipment

Q: What about Warranty? what will we do if the machine is broken down
A: The warranty period for all of huahong’s structural and mechanical equipment is normally two years longer than the other suppliers. Wear parts are not covered in warranty unless the component part is found to be flawed.In the warranty periods,our sales engineers will be to the machine working spot to repair the machines with free of charges.

Our packing and payment terms

1.We usually accept T/T,L/C,D/P,D/A.
2.T/T: 30% in advance as the deposit payment,the balance will be paied before shipemt;
3.We will take pictures of finished products before delivery.

Ways of Packing

exporting standard packing,for example:wood packing,bulking packing,iron packing,nuded packing,etc.

Transportation:

1.By sea Freight or by air.
2.MSK/MSC/APL/EMC/WANHAI/KLINE/CMA/NDS,etc.Also we could meet the customer's requestments if they have nominated shiping company.
3.In order to meet customer's requestments for tariff preference,we will provide the full set clearance docs,also provide you the CO/CNCA/Form E,etc.
