WCB water-cooling brakes are designed for brake with the working conditions of continuous slide and high heat. Water cooling brakes adopt pneumatic control, cooling are closed or open type cooling system has been completed by a coolant flow. Friction copper plate with long-term anti-wear and heat transfer. There are two categories for WCB series based on actuate types: air tube type and the piston type. It's better for  air tube type compared with piston type: Chloroprene rubber balloon precise response even with slight changes in air pressure -designed to move without resistance; balloon is corrosion resistance no need for special coating or treatment requirements, on-site service is simple, low failure rate . Sigle or double pistion type WCB brake could be change into air tube brake with available parts kit without any other changes. Thus will enhance the WCB's control ability becausle of more reliable balloon response. Features: for continuous slip working conditions, high thermal capacity, long-term anti-wear fiction copper plate with faster heat transfers. We can provide airtube type or piston type, the airtube type can respond more stable, accurate and enhanced control capabilities. Therefore, they are widely used in oil drilling rigs and workover rigs. The brake are composed of: cylinder, dynamic discs, stator discs, coil core, intermediate discs, reset spring and so on.
