2. Brief instruction of annealing oven structure

2.1 Double row running trolleys are set in this oven, and run in reverse along the length of the oven with the annealed steel wire.

2.2 Three work areas are set in single running row, they are preheating area, high temperature heating area and cooling area. The work areas of another running row are set in reverse to make use of waste heat in the oven. (When trolley in one running row is in the cooling area, the opposite trolley in another running row is in the preheating area)

2.3 High temperature heating areas are set in the same place of double row. The electro-thermal devices are set on the side wall of oven and also between the double row trolleys, to ensure temperature is symmetrical in the high temperature heating areas.

2.4 Preheating area (cooling area in another row)have two sections,  low temperature preheating section which adopt hot air cycle style and middle temperature preheating section which adopt stainless steel impeller mixing style on the top of the oven.

2.5 One coal furnace is set on each head of the annealing oven. The CO2 gas brought by coal will be pumped into the oven by the cycle blowers of preheating area, and replace the air to reduce oxidation of the steel wire in the oven.

2.6 The double running trolleys are driven by two sets stable chain transmission devices respectively, and the sealing between trolleys is stable.

2.7 Trolley is composed by steel frame, trolley wheel and loading heat-resistant cast iron plate. Heating preservation layer are made of composited aluminosilicate refractory fiber. Sealing condition between trolley and furnace adopt mazes type. The trolleys have good performance on structure, load-bearing, sealing and heat insulation.

2.8 All trolleys in the oven can be cleared away by the setting of the transmission system.

2.9 Electro-thermal system can be set by several groups, in order to choose the heating power freely.

2.10 High temperature heating areas adopt PID program controlling, and each low temperature preheating and middle temperature preheating section have temperature displayers.
