This oven is mainly used for continuous drying at low, middle, high temperature for basic type, stainless steel type, cover of welding electrode, cast iron, heat resistant steel, iron powder and other special type of welding electrode after drying at low temperature. It also can be used to dry common steel carbon welding electrode.

1. Purpose of Drying oven

- YLL250-30.6/5-TVI and YLL250-30.6/5-TVII are equipments mainly used for continuous drying normal acid welding electrode.

- YLL250-28.6/7-TL are equipments mainly used for continuous drying normal acid welding electrode and pre-drying basic welding electrode.

2. Production capability

- Drying oven can work 24h/day and meet 1.5T/h (3.2) productivity for continuously drying.

- Use for drying welding electrode 2.5-3.2mm and 3.2-5.0mm and 2.0-4.0mm - Highness of oven: 2.34m

- Heating powder: supply synchronous from coal burning oven having equipment taking all heatings

• 2^nd layer: 70-80^oC
• 3^th  layer: 80-100^oC
• 4^th layer: 100-120^oC
• 5^th layer: Natural cooling, switch-off fan
