Chute feeder is used evenly and quantitative feeding equipment.

Through adjusting the damper height and the speed of conveyor belt, the control of raw materials, and feeding can break larger soft material.

 Commissioning and usage:                                    

1.After installed properly,test should be done before each part inspection,fasteners should be tight,every part should have enough lubricating oil.

2.If manual installed belt pulley,after make sure flexible rotation,can drive.3.Before commissioning,check motor rotation direction if correct.4.Commissioning time requirement    

A.No-load and load each one continuous operation 4 hours.

B.load working for 4-8hours,load should increase gradually.

5.During commissioning of the normal operation and after parking the following items should be pay attention and check

A.Equipment should be smoothly running,have not abnormal shock and noise.

B.If there's any loose phenomenon of each fastener.

C.Rolling bearing temperature rise must not be more than 40C°,the highest temperature can not over 75C°.

D.During smooth operation,motor electric current must not have abnormal fluctuations.

E.During operation must not have the phenomenon of abnormal oil leakage..

F.When belt offtrack,adjust tensioner roller in time.G.Before stopping use,firstly stop feeding material,still continue to run 10 minutes,make sure the material used out,so that easily start next time..

6.When using,the machine by fault can not produce,should stop immediately,and inform relevant process before and after.

7.Longer parking,the machine must be clean.

8.According to proportion and production needs,Adjust the height of wedge disc

9.Material supply forbid have iron,hard and sharp of debris.
