 Information:

Automatic brick setting machine consists of strip cutter, adobe cutter, brick separator, catch adobe arm, oil pump, and electrical cabinet.

     It is used to put adobe to kiln car orderly. It is powered by hydraulic pressure. The machine arm is equipped with many metal plates regularly. These plates can clamp the adobes. Then it lifts up and moves to the upward of the kiln car and set the adobes to the kiln car.

     Standard brick, hollow brick, building block, road brick and other sizes of bricks can be clamped by changing clamp ears and grippers. Gentle, accurate and stable setting raises the green brick yield greatly. The performance index of this machine equals that of the similar products produced by Germany but its price is much lower than similar foreign products.
