Automobile, metal, casting, large PCB inspection machine
130KV super high voltage (upgradable to 160 KV), maximum current 250uA, and 2um focal spot tube, suitable to inspect thicker PCB, precision metals, semiconductors, BGA and anything that needs higher inspection requirements. It’s effect is equivalent to that of an open tube.
Scope of application

3. Inspect the internal structure of metals, heat tube, li-po bettary, pearl, precised parts.

2. Through the software and high speed sample table, realize the quickly inspection.
3. Rotatable detector can inspect the disfigurement part which is difficult to be found out from the vertical view.
4. Use the OK/NG image choosing function, export the analysis report.
