1. Strictly control the welding position of the relative position of size , welding pass behind the prospective;

2. Reasonablly selection of welding parameters and order to prevent crack;

3. Electrode required drying, welding area need to clean up, welding process, together with the appropriate welding current, decrease of welding speed, gas completely escape , prevent the formation of weld porosity;

4. When continuously multi-layer welding, each weld layer after cleaning, prevent the formation of slag;

5. Selection for current, avoid arc pull too long, control electrode angle and arc method, avoid the generation of undercut.

We often use Ultrasonic detector ,X-ray detector , Paint film thickness gauge to check steel frame .

Fixed packing, loading, transportation, unloading the matters needing attention:

(1) The lifting large there must be a person responsible for the use of fixture, suitable, strictly abide by the

rules of lifting, to prevent the occurrence of vibration, impact, deformation or damage, fall in the hoisting process.

(2) At the time of loading, there must be a special supervision, check car number and packing, the car pile

up securely, and to increase the necessary binding component loosening, prevent the loss.

(3) Remained stable in the transport process, the vehicle at the time of shipment, on the long, wide, high object transport, must be trained pilots, escort personnel responsible for, and mark is arranged on a vehicle.

(4) No rough handling, loading and unloading personnel handling, weight, size should be familiar with the components, and check the horse sling, rigging, prevent accidents.

(5) The member to the construction site, timely organization of unloading, stacking area.

(6) The crawler crane carrying member, should pay attention to the surrounding terrain, air condition, prevent the crawler crane overturning and component collision.

Engaged in welding of steel structure work welders must pass the examination and obtain a certificate. The holder welder must welding in its passing the examination and approval within the scope of the project.

1. Common type of the industrial building?

Reply: Portal frame is the usual type in the industrial workshop and warehouse shed. Other types also could be designed and manufacturer as per clients’ request.

2. What’s the quality grade of the steel structure components?

Reply: Q345 is used for main steel structure, Q235 is used for secondary steel structure. 
3. How about the delivery time?
Reply: Usually,within 25-30 days after the order confirmed, also depends on the fabrication quantity.
4. How about the derust grade?
Reply: Ball blasting Sa2.5 on main steel structure; 
manual derust St2.0 on secondary steel structure.
5. What is kind panel used for the roof and wall?
Reply: Color corrugated steel sheet and sandwich panel could be used. Sandwich panel performs well on the heat insulation,sound insulation.Common sandwich materials are EPS, glass wool and PU.
6. How to install it?

Reply: We will furnish you the detailed construction drawing and the construction manual which could help you to erect and install the building step by step. We also could send the engineer to your local to help you if neede

7. Maintenance:

Reply: Finish paint need be done after the frame installed, and do it again after 6-8 months. So the surface will stay more time.
