Basic Configuration:

1.Vertical double-door , double-layer water cooling , made of SUS304SS.

2.Pumping system :mechanical pump + roots pump +diffusion pump +maintain pump.

3.The magnetron target  avaiable : rectangular magnetron target , cylindrical magnetron target, magnetron twin target.

4.Operation at touch screen , controlled by PLC , Intergration of manual and automatic storage of parameters.

5.Alarm at unusal circumstance and taking safety measures.

6.Real- time display of various data, automatic control of prodction process m automatic storage of parameters.
