The base, for example, has been completelyredesigned and made of a modern mineral casting meaterial to providesuperior damping characteristics up to 10 times more than cast iron andimprove measuring results. The properties of the casting are perfectfor unbalance measurement, and are less susceptible to interferinginfluences. The cast construction is also the basis for its compactdesign with all components easily accessible and integrated in thesturdy base.
