Range of application
Horizontal, hard-bearing balancing machine series HGW are designedespecilly for low-speed and high-speed balancing of drive shafts inoverhaul, repair operations and small production lots. A module designprovides flexibility to change or add components for other balancingtasks such as balancing electric armatrues, drums, etc.
Design
Hard-bearing special balancing machine with horizontal rotor axis and semi-automatic oepration.
The machine consists basically of: machine base, support pedestalswith spindle bearings and vibration sensors, belt-brive with drivemotor, control cabinet with measuring unit and drive controls, safetybrackets and protective enclosure of the class C according to DIN 45690/ ISO 7475.
