- The whole line automatic polyester fiber roll pillow stuffing machine is controlled by PLC control system that can be handled by only 1 operator.
- There is a 1200mm width fiber bale breaker installed at the beginning of the whole line that can hold 2 bales at once and feed to the next program automatically.
- Our pre-opening machine is able to have a half fiber opening rate and then feed to the carding machine through an air pressure vibration hopper evenly in order to have an even fiber web output.
- Adjustable fiber cross lapper is able to be used to produce different size of the pillow roll by requirement.
- 2meters working width is the highest capacity in this moment to produce over 8pcs per minute.
- After the fiber wadding finished from the cross lapper that will be transported to the rolling and cutting device directly.
- The wadding length is adjusted by time flow according to the certain weight already set up from the program and roll it quickly.
- The finished roll will be trop onto a sorting weighing conveyer and measure the weight in few second; the qualified roll will be loaded to the stuffing part automatically, or will be transported back to the carding machine by a recycle system through a fiber roll crushing equipment.
- The whole line can be handled by only 1 operator with automatic control system and the tolerance can be handled for under 2%
The bale breaker is able to be used for polyester fiber in textile area, with working width 1200mm there are 2 bales can be loaded into the bale breaker conveyer once a time that will be sent to the next program automatically.
The pre-opening machine is mainly used to have a basic opening rate for the polyester fiber around 50% in order to be feed into the carding machine with proper and stable quality.
3. AIR PRESSURE VIBRATION HOPPER:
Evenly feed the raw material into the carding machine, the width and feeding quantity is adjustable.
The carding machine width is 2000mm that provides around 200-250kg per hour capacity with even fiber web feed into the next program.
Different polyester fiber wadding thickness and width is adjustable.
After the wadding is finished from the cross lapper that will be feed into the rolling machine by conveyer automatically through filling rollers, as soon as the weight comes that wadding will be cut and rolled quickly and loaded to the next problem on the weighing conveyer automatically.
The weight is adjusted by time flow.
The weighing belt will be adapted next to the rolling and cutting machine that will hold the fiber roll in seconds and get weight shortly; There are a recycle system that will send the roll that with high tolerance back to the carding machine though a crushing machine; The qualified roll will be sent to the stuffing machines automatically by another feeding conveyer with tolerance under 2%.
8. POLYESTER WADDING ROLL CUSHION STUFFING DEVICE
The fiber roll pillow stuffing machine is runnig automatically and easily that the operator is only need hold the pillow case at the end of the machine receiving the roll from the most beginning.
The whole line can be handled by only 1 opertor with around 8pcs capacity per minute.
All control system is able to meet CE and UL rules.
The whole line can be handled by only 1 operator with simple operation. most key parts are adopt famous world brand such like Siemens, Omron, Schneider and AB.
