DESCRIPTION:

• Model QL020-250 is assembled with a bale breaker, pre-opening machine and single cylinder double doffer carding machine, high speed cross lapper and fiber batt cutting machine that is controlled by Siemens PLC program;
• It is mainly used to make fiber batt ready for comforter or pillow roll stuffing;
• Special carding machine proposal that is applied by hollow / conjugate polyester fiber 3D up with high speed processing in order to catch up a high capacity for the finished production;
• The fiber batt will be cut by a horizontal direction according to the pillow length size, or by requirement according to the final production;
• The whole line is controlled by Siemens PLC control system that can be handled by 1 operator according to the final proposal.
• The high speed cross lapper in this proposal is a special design that usually applied by high accuracy non-woven productions such like filter, geo-textile fabric and shoe fabric etc. which is stable quality;
• All electrical key parts are adopted by the most famous world brand such like Siemens, ABB and Schneider etc. and the safety standard is able to reach CE and UL safety rule;
