DESCRIPTION

1.The automatic ball fiber machine is mainly used to make the raw material fiber to the ball fiber which used to fill pillow ,cushion and garment ,etc.

2. Its raw material application is micro fiber 0.6D-3D 32-64mm, regular fiber 3D-15D 32mm-64mm ,wool and fire proof fiber.

3.The whole line could be operated by only 1 person adjusted by PLC control system.

4.Metal separator by magnet could collect the metal while operation.

5.Electrical metal alarm system could make the machine line stable,long life and lower maintenance.

6.All electrical key parts are adopted by the most world famous brand such as Siemens ,Omron ,Schneider etc.

7.The electrical control system is able to meet the CE ,UL and Austrilia safety standard.

MAIN EQUIPMENT

1.Bale breaker

    The bale breaker is mainly used to load a bale of raw material and transport to the next program automatically.

     it could save 1 labor cost .

2.Feeding blower

   The device is used to feed the fiber to the next program.

   The material of the blade is aluminum which could transport the fiber far.it's highest technology is come from 

   Europe.

   The dynamic balance system make the machine working without noise and shaking.

 3.Pre-opening blower

   It's made by pins which is able to process 60% opening rate before the ball fiber producing inorder to receive 

   high capacity and bettter finished ball fiber .

4.Metal separator

  It's the first step to collect the metal when operation.

 5.Vibration hopper

    It's mainly used to feed the raw materila to the ball fiber machine evenly.and to make the finished ball fiber could    

    be even quality and save labor cost.

 6.Ball fiber machine

   New ball fiber design,able to process wild range of PSF, Wool fiber, Recycle hard and soft fiber;

   Electrical metal alarm system arranged to the feeding rollers.

 7.Control system

   All electrical key parts are adopted by the most famous world brand such as Siemens ,Omron ,Schneider etc.
