2.2Components of supply:

2.2.1 Main machine including: main machine rack, front and back up compress conveyor system, hydraulic web plate raise and fall locating system, fixed side workpiece clamp transmit system, compress side workpiece clamp transmit system, left/right guide arc and welding flux feeding control device, welding wire reel rack and followed device, welding grounding system, hydraulic and gas pipeline assembly. 

2.2.2 The conveyor system in the front and back including: the two welding machines share the total 45m long of the front conveyor and the back conveyor, include transmit roller, frame, chain transmit system, drive decelerate device, side locating conveyor device, web plate pre-locating gas/hydraulic device(on the front conveyor), hydraulic system pipeline and so on.

2.2.3 Welding fluid recycle system including:100Kg welding fluid recycle machine, recycle big welding fluid receptacle, recycle pipeline system 2 sets and so on.
