JB-811 Computerized Tableware Forming Machine can be applied in pressing various kinds of melamine tableware.

III.General Description of the Structure

   This machine is composed of main machine,hydraulic control system,electrical instrument and heater etc.The main machine has two parts,upper board and lower board.The hydraulic device is placed on the top of oil tank and the electrical box is on the front.The oil pressure gauge shows the pressure and the pressure switch controls the pressure.The plunger piston presses the mould from fast to slow,then heats by heating device to make the marerial sulfurization and form.The distance between upper board and lower board can be adjusted by the nut.The max distance can be 300-400mm.
