Product Description

Material: 

SmCo5 1:5 with 16-25MGOe 

* Offers 16 MGOe (energy product) to 22 MGOe

* Made up of approximately 50% samarium and 50% cobalt.

* Has a maximum recommended operating temperature of 250°C.

* SmCo 1:5 magnets require lower field strengths than 2:17 materials to magnetize.

* In some instances, 1:5 material may be magnetized with multiple poles, provided that a magnetizing fixture is available. 

Sm2Co17 2:17 with 22-30MGOe 

* Offers 24 MGOe to 32 MGOe

* Composed of about 25% samarium, 5% copper, 18% iron, 2% hafnium or zirconium, with the remainder being cobalt.

* Thas a maximum operating temperature of 350°C.

* Special grades of 2:17 are available which can operate to even higher temperatures.

* SmCo 2:17 requires extremely high magnetizing fields, and multiple pole magnetization is not possible

  Partial mechanical and physical properties of sintered samarium cobalt magnets:

Features:

1. SmCo is also named with SmCo magnetic steel, SmCo permanent magnet, SmCo permanent magnetic iron and rare-earth cobalt permanent magnet.  

2. It is a kind of material made from raw earth metal samarium and cobalt and produced by after a serial of   process burdening, melting, milling, pressing and sintering.   

3. It is also a high performance, low temperature coefficient permanent magnet with its high working 

Temperature -350 degree centigrade. When working above 180 degree centigrade, its maximum energy product BH and steady temperature are superior than NdFeB magnetic materials. 

4. It needn’t to be coated because it is difficult to be eroded and oxidized.

*aerospace, defense industry, microwave devices,communications;

*medical equipment, instruments, wind power, a variety of magnetic drives.

Packing & Shipping

Packing: 

1. By Sea: They will be packed in a white box of pieces each, several boxes to a carton. (Detailed package quantity should be made upon the real products)

2. By Air: If the goods will be shipped by air, all the magnetic should be degaussed and we will use Iron       sheet to shield.

Shipping:

1. By Sea: If the GW is over 50kg, we advise ship by sea when you are not urgent for the goods as the charge     of ocean way is cheaper than by air.

    P.S Appointed shipping company or our own forwarders all could be used in shipment. 

2. By Air: If the good below 30kg, we advise ship by air as we HAWELL MAG signed a long-term                     agreement with Express (DHL, TNT, FedEx) and the best discount we can provide to you.
