Mar resistance antifouling boat coating

it is a high build copolymer antifouling composed of special base material and cuprous oxide with smooth surface and excellent self polishing effect.

Recommended Purpose

Adapted to all ocean going vessels.

It can prevent marine fouling and keep the bilge clean.

It can also be used at maintenance and dock repair

Mixing Ratio:  One pack product which should be stirred sufficiently before application by                                     stirring machine.

Thinner:  Not recommended. Use X101 thinner under special conditions. Max dose shouldn’t be                   more than 5% (volumetric ratio).

Painting Method:  airless spraying (Recommended), general spraying or brush painting.

                                   Airless nuzzle diameter: 0.79mm -0.84mm, blowing pressure shouldn’t be                                          less than 176kg/cm2 (2500psi).

                                  Use proper equipments. It is possibly necessary to use the thinner.

Tool Cleaning:  X101 thinner

Drying time:

The preceding paint should be fully dried.

Thoroughly get rid of all greases, contaminants and sundries on the paint film.

Storage

12 months at 25℃.

To be stored at dry and ventilated circumstance. The package vessel must keep sealed.
