Introduction of rotary dryer:

The rotary dryer is a rotating metal plate rolling round cylinder welded with steel plate.

The cylinder is equipped with a tire. The drum by means of tire bearing is supported on

the roller. The both sides of the wheel are equipped with a pair of loaded gear wheels to

 instruct and limit the cylinder to ran along the tilt direction. The cylinder is rotated by

means of electric motors, gear box drive gear mechanism. The cylinder has a certain tilt

and rotation. The dryer slopes slightly so that the discharge end is lower than the material

feed end in order to convey the material through the dryer under gravity. Material to be

dried enters the dryer, and as the rotary dryer rotates, the material is lifted up by a series

of internal fins lining the inner wall of the dryer. The barrel is installed with slope to

horizontal line.

Performance of Dryer Machine

1. Structure: The rotary dryer mainly consists of revolved body, raise material board,

transmission device, support device and seal ring etc.

2. Advantages: The rotary dryer has the advantages of reasonable structure, excellent

manufacture, high output, low energy consumption, convenient operation and so on.

3. Application materials: The rotary dryer is applicable for particle materials, and

is also applicable for paste and viscous materials which are mingled with particle

materials, or materials whose water content is high. This rotary dryer can dry many

kinds of materials which contain moisture, such as sand ,coal, coal slurry, slag,

industrial waste, and clay stone. Rotary dryer are widely used in building materials,

metallurgy, and chemical industry.

3.Big and small transmission gears adopt pin column replaceable gear, instead of traditional

steel casting gear, saving investment cost, and greatly reduce the repair cost and time.
