DHR-45M Motorized Superficial Rockwell Hardness Tester is a kind of equipment semi-automatically tests the superficial rockwell hardness on metal materials through motorized loading and unloading,which is easy-operating,slight inprint left, and high accuracy.

Using scope:
Surface hardened steel, copper, aluminum alloy sheet, hard alloy steel, zinc layers, chrome layers, tin layers, surface heat treating and chemical treating materials, etc.

• A scale: It is suitable for testing the metal more than 70HRC, such as tungsten carbide, hard alloy as well as the hard sheet material and the hardening material on the surface layer.

• B scale: It is suitable for testing non-ferrous metals and alloys, annealing steel or soft or medium hardness of materials.

•  C scale: It is suitable for testing the carbon steel, tool steel and alloy steel.

• Slight inprinter left on specimens,avoid damage to the original sample;
