Working principle:

•bruch the oil evenly on the moulds,bruch several times to make sure there is enough oil,especially the new moulds.

•check out the screw on the base plate can touch the base plate

•step on the foot switch to let out the water,to make sure the water in the water tank as all out.for new mould,should add the gypsum first,then fillthe water.

• Add the gypsum powder.

• Slick the moulds smoothly, make sure there is no spare slurry.

•Getting the chalks out, touch the chalks, if you feel it is hard, push out about 2-5mm, and push all the chalks out after 1-2 minutes. It will takes longer time if it’s new mould, make sure the chalks are all solidification before push the chalks out.
