The operating instruction

1. Install the mold as the installation diagram and the mold mouth must be upward, and then brush them over with Diesel fuel (the new mold should brush more). It is essential to brush evenly. Move the roof bar ledger wall up and down and then put it to the bottom. It is also very important that each mold must be put to the bottom, or else it may lead to short chalk and leakage. After being used for a period of time, the ratio of the diesel oil and the peanut oil will change from 8:2 to 9:1.Some stearic acid can be added into the diesel oil, the ratio is about 1:100. First put the stearic acid into few diesel oil and heat up, and then put them into the diesel oil to stir evenly.

2. To stir evenly. The ratio of gypsum powder and the water is 3: 3. The first mold takes 4 gypsum powder and 4 water. Add the water and the plaster powder to barrel and stir evenly with stick, then pour them into the mold. Scratch plainly with board. The chalk’ hardness is determined by the ratio of gypsum powder and water. Reduce water if the chalk is soft, and add water if the chalk is too hard.

3. To the new mold the chalk cannot come out too late. Touch the chalk 2-8 minutes later after grouting, it’s OK if the chalk is a little hard, then the mold should be turned over into the tray. Turn the lever to put chalk out about 2-5 millimeter, then after 1-2 minutes put all the chalk out. The process can be a circling system.

4. The only difference between the ingredient of the colored chalk and the white chalk is that to the colored chalk each mold uses 0.1-0.2 kilogram color thick liquid and reduces about 0.1-0.2 kilogram water. Add little color thick liquid when the color is deep and add more when the color is too light.

5. The defoamer (ethyl alcohol) or phosphoric acid three Ding fat must be added when making the colored chalk.

6. A chalk tray must be prepared before making chalk, with inside diameter length 290 millimeters, width 350 millimeters, height 60 millimeters. The tray surface spreads floor leather.

7. Deal with the trouble,if in the course of operating the roof couldn’t reach bottom, there are two reasons: the material drip through the roof or it’s too early when push out the chalk. When it comes to this case you should steep the mold into water for 2 or 3 hours, and then move the floor from top to bottom until the roof reach bottom.

8. The accessories are roof and glue. The bottom should be removed when change the roof, and put it in through the mold, then fix it with nut, point glue, it should be used after coagulated.
