Principle

- The machine is normally equipped with a low pressure fan. The filters are inserted directly in a flour bin or dusty equipment like belt conveyor. The main function is to avoid the flour or dust spraying out and keep the circumstance cleaning. When the fan is running, floury or dusty air is sucked to the filter and the dust is adhered to the filter and the cleaned air goes through the filters. The adhered flour or dust then is shaken away from the filters and falls down into the bin or the conveyor.

- With solenoid valve controller and digital control meter, easy to initialize the pumping length and interval. 2 or 3 filters are controlled together as one unit.

- The rising air pressure: 0.4~0.5MPa, normally using air compressor.

- BWF filter cloth ensures the de-dust efficiency and wear resistance.

- Widely applied in flour bins, bran bins where the blowing line is put-into and high capacity equipment like belt conveyor in the wheat silo system.
