SLHSJ Series Flour Mixer

Principle:

- This machine is designed for mixing different material including powder, liquid rapidly without least classification again in flour mill and feed mill.   

Features:

- Advanced design and excellent fabricating.

- Mixer consistency of accuracy 1/100000 with variation coefficient less than 10%. [Methyl violet as tracer]

- Single compartment box in carbon steel plate of 6mm thick, with ends of 10mm thick. One rotor is provided with interchangeable mild carbon steel paddles.

- Bomb door slides for mixer’s complete discharge with smoothly running on bearings, equipped with imported (AIRTAC, CMC etc…) pneumatic driven air cylinders using compressed air supply, supplied with electric valve and open-close imported limit switch.

- Gear motor mounted on the mixer frame, with transmission chain, and protection guard.  

- High quality gear motor (German Sew) is available for customers’ requirement.

Application:

- Widely applied in modern flour mills blend section to add ingredient in the flour or mix the flour for a stable flour quality.

- Also applied in feed mills for various formula feeds for different animal.
