TVF series Vibrato Feeder
Principle
- The feeder is supported by vibration dampers. Small amplitudes from the motors built-in counter balanced weights create the desired conveying action. The feed rate can be controlled by a manual gate controller. The materials flow through a large inlet opening into the enclosed carbon steel conveying channel. An adjustable retarding gate allows the depth of the bed of materials to be regulated, which can be observed through a plastic inspection window. Inlet and outlet are supplied with flexible connections.

Application
- Normally the feeder is applied in flour mill for returning flour to the main processing flow or feeding the sticky flour from Jet Filter to the mill.
