Product Description:

Fully automatic two layers water immerse autoclave has top& bottom pots. Top one is used to save hot water and bottom one for sterilization. After packed food is loaded into the sterilization pot, the pre-heated sterilization water from the top pot comes into the bottom sterilization pot and immerses all the food in the pot like people bathing in pool.

Then circulating pump force the high temperature water in the pot to recycle regularly. During the sterilization process, steam continually heats sterilization water to the designed temperature to realize the purpose of sterilization for packed food. The high temperature water recycles to the top pot after sterilization finished and the cooling water input directly to the bottom pot from outside to finish cooling process.

This autoclave machine sterilize by recycling  hot water between top & bottom pot. Sterilization technique and process are full automatically controlled to save space, energy and shorten sterilization time and increase production output.

Characteristics: 

1.  Saving energy. The process water utilized in the sterilizing process caned be reused, saving energy, time, manpower and  material resources consumption, greatly reducing production costs.

2. High temperature sterilizing process costs a short time. It sterilizes by adopting double pots water circulation system. It heats the water in the pot uo to the sterilizing temperature, which reduces the sterilizing time and increases the working efficiency.

3. PLC programming control. The computer can store more than one hunderd sterilization  formulations for the convenience of use;

4.Full automatic computer control system.All the sterilization process controlled by PLC completely, one time finished, without manual operation. 

5. Every equipment can be equipped with a FO value control system, all data including sterilization, sterilization conditions, F value, temperature time curve, time pressure curve can be processed by data processing software to be saved or printed, in order to facilitate production management and sterilization more scientific.

6.  Simulation of temperature control system, can set up multi-stage heating mechanism, do the best to keep the colour, taste and nutrition, sterilizing temperature exactly in ±0.5℃, avoid the overcooking or sterilizing halfway.

7. Thoroughly sterilization, uniform heating distribution and no blind angle;

Before delivery, our professional technician will do trial run for each product to check until everything is functional, you also can come to our factory and test our machine together with us. 

When loading, our workers will fix the retorts tightly with wire rope so that the retorts can't move in the container.
