1. Application:

Chilled water flow rate: customized, inlet water temperature 45⁰C, outlet water temperature ±3°C Based on calculation.The design adopts heat exchanged to cool water down through 4-stage.

At the first stage,   water temperature drop is from 45°C to 34°C by plate heat exchanger;

At the second stage, water temperature drop is from 34°C to 23°Cby plate heat exchanger;

At the third stage,   water temperature drop is from 23°C to 16°Cby plate heat exchanger;

At the fourth stage,  water temperature drop is from 16°C to 10°Cplate heat exchanger;

At the fifth stage,  water temperature drop is from 10°C to ±3°C by falling film heat exchanger.

2.  Features:

1). Compressor: 

Bitzer / Refcomp semi-hermetic Screw Styel Compressor;

Copeland Full-hermetic Scroll Type Compressor.

2). Control System: 

PLC Microcomputer control from Germany SIEMENTS LCD touch screen. Human-computer interaction both English and Chinese in digital display with programming function and perfect communication, 

easy to connect with smart control system among buildings.

3). Patent Energy-economizer: 

Adopt efficient screw tube and rational design. It can carry on the internal heat change between the underutilized refrigerant from the condenser 

and low temperature residual steam from the evaporator, making the refrigerant cool enough and the liquid in the steam vaporized. 

That will not only save energy above 8% but also protect the compressor from being stricken by the liquid and improve the service life of compressor.

4). Protection Device: 

With perfect protector, there is Heat Safe Module, Power Safe Module in compressor. Also being provided with Flow safeguard, 

Anti-freezing safeguard, High voltage safeguard, Low Voltage safeguard, Overload safeguard, 

Anti-phase safeguard, Overpressure safety valve, water pump interlock, lack of water protection etc. 

All breakdown are displayed in English and Chinese on screen to avoid any damage from bad working situation and make its working life much longer.
