Hexangular honeycomb packing tube

    The sloped tube produced by our factory is also called hexangular honeycomb, whose stuffing assembling forms can be divided into two types: sloped type and straight type. The material adopted includes polypropylene(PP), ethylene-propylene copolymer, and polyvinyl chloride (PVC).

    Sloped tube is mainly used for sedimentation and sand removal, which is adopted widely in water supply engineering and drainage engineering. It has the following advantages: wide application, good treatment effect and small occupying space, suitable for sand removal in water inlet, sedimentation for general industrial water and domestic water supply, oil removal, tailing thickening, etc. It not only suitable for newly-built engineering, but also suitbale for existing old tanks reconstruction, both of which can achieve a good economic benefit. Its main features are as follows:

1. big wetted periphery, small water power diameter.

2. layer flow state is good, particle sedimentation wont be affected by disordered flow.

3. when sloped tubes length is 1m, effective load is designed by 3-5/m², at this time , if VO is controlled within 2.5-3.0mm/s, the output water quality will be the best.

4. sloped tube sedimentation tanks treatment capacity is 3-5 times higher than that of horizontal type sedimentation tank, 2-3 times higher than that of clarification tanks and pulse clarification tanks.

    Straight-type sloped tube is mainly used as micro-organism carrier for biological filter, high-load biological filter, tower-type biological filter, flooded type biological filter(also called contact oxidation pool) and biological disc-spinning, which can purify industrial organic wastewater and urban sewage by bio-chemical treatment. Its main characteristics are as follows:

1. its treatment efficiency is better than activated sludge method, common water load is 100-200m³/m²d, organic load is 2000-5000g/m³, so that the occupying space is reduced a lot.

2. aeration intensity is lower than activated sludge method, and sludge reflow is not needed, therefore, power consumption can be reduced and management can be simplified.

3. sludge is just a few, reduce the subsequent work load, such as sludge dewatering.

4. the sludge generated has a good sedimentation effect, good for the subsequent suspended matters removal.

5. has a good adaptability, can adapt to a wide range of water quality, can bear the sudden change in water quality and quantity, maintain a stable treatment effect.
