Product Description :

The machine carefully developed by our company, it should be a breakthrough in our domestic aerator equipment. According to its using effects, it could be instead of the traditional brush aerator. And widely used in urban sewage and industrial wastewater treatment construction and renovation projects, as the core devices in horizontal plug flow and oxygenation aeration section.

To introduce oxygen, mix and propel water in oxidization ditch in treatment process of sewage or industrial wastewater.

Configuration & Principle
Consisting of discs, shaft, bearing seats, drive, flexible coupler, anti-splashing plate, flow conductor.  
The cavities and protruding blocks on both sides of the immerged disc, draw air into the  ditch when rotating. These rotating discs transfer momentum to water, carry out mixing and propelling. Mist or drops behind the discs help oxygen to transfer into the water.

  A: We are a factory, professional water treatment equipment manufacturer with over 30 years experience.

2. Q: Where is your factory located ? How can I visit there ?

  A: Our factory is located in Huishan District, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, China, about 2 hours away from Shanghai. All our clients , from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us.

3. Q: How to buy the idea products?

  A: You can provide us your water sources, water quality, flow rate and ground ares (connect us for more details).

4. Q: How to pay ?

  A:TT and L/C are acceptable and TT will be more appreciated. 30% deposit before producing, 70% balance before loading by TT.

5. Q: What is the delivery time ?

  A: It depends on order quantities. Generally speaking, the delivery time will be within 4 to 6 weeks.

6. Q: How to pack the products ?

  A: We use standard package. If you have special package requirements, we will pack as required, but the fess will be paid by customers.

7. Q:How to install after the equipment arriving destination ?

  A: We will provide details illustrations to you. If it is necessary, we will send technicians to help you. However, the visa fee,air tickets ,accommodation, wages will be paid by buyers.
