Product Description
Ceramics Small Kiln Application:
Shuttle furnace is ideal for producing high temperature sintering product. It is usually used for sintering of pigment, pottery, annealing and some silicate products.
Ceramics Small Kiln Advantages:
This furnace( ceramics small kiln ) has advantages of small volume, small covering area, saving energy and good insulation.
Various designs:
The small furnace has a fixed furnace bed, while the large scale one produces by kiln car through railway line.
The low temperature shuttle furnace is usually equipped with the Venturi burner, without power and blower.
But high temperature shuttle furnaces usually use burners with inner recirculation blower assistant.
Two designs can be made, one with heat exchanger and the other without.
