10KV Weather resistant insulated Aerial Cables
1. Application
This production is suitable for electric cable below 10KV AC, which will be mainly used for city power grid. It is simple structure, safety and stable and is of good mechanism physical and electricity function. And also it has good function of proof track, creepage discharze, and air. Compared with naked wire, it has small gap so that can save wire route and decrease voltage drop. What is the most important is that it will decrease the accident in power supplying and make people safe.
2. Performance
a. Rated Voltage 10KV
b.Laying the cable
The environment temperature should not be lower than -20°c when the cable is laid.
The Max. long time working temperature : XLPE 90°c
When short circuited (can not be over 5s), the max temperature of the cable: XLPE 250°c
The Min. bending radius of the cable is following:
For the single core cable, the min bending radius is 20 (D+d) ±5% mm
For 3 cores cable, the min bending radius is 15 (D+d) ±5% mm
D: Diameter of the cable d: Diameter of the conductor
