Using Features & Main Performance

1, Rated voltage Uo/U includes 0.6/1kV, 1.8/3kV, 3.6/6kV, 6/6kV, 6/10kV, 8.7/10kV, 8.7/15kV,12/20kV, 12/20kV, 21/35kV, 26/35kV;

2, The permitted highest operating temperature of conductor for long-term working is 90°C .In short-circult (Max.long-term time is no more than 5 seconds) ,the highest temperature of conductor is not higher than250°C;

3, D.C. Conductor resistance complies with the stipulations of GB/T3956;0

4, PVC sheath cable Environment temperature in laying the cable should be no lower than 0 ;PE sheath cable Environment temperature in laying the cable should be no lower than -20 ; The Min. bending radius should be no less than 15 times of cable outer diameter;

5, The cable is laid without drop limit;

6, Working Frequency Voltage Test: for cable with UO of 1.8kV or lower: 2.5 UO+ 2kV/5 min without puncture for cable with UO of 3.6kV or higher: 3.5 UO / 5 min without puncture

7, Partial Discharge Test: The discharge volume should be no more than 10pC under 1.73UO for the cable with of 3.6kV or higher.

Instruction

1) No necessary to heat up in advance while installing above 0oC.

2) Max. continuous normal operating Temperature: 90oC (PVC Sheathed cable).

3) Its structure is simple and using conveniently, also can be laid with no restriction of different level.

4)The long term operating temperature is 90, and its transmit capacitance is large.

5) When using it, please check the wire insulation from the appearance in case of causing any damage because of transporting or storing not well, and influence its effect.
