It is the product of the mixing pvc resin and processing agent going through the extruding mould. PVC floor base board has the properties and features of non-toxic, no smell, anti-corrision, anti-weathering, waterproof etc. It is the perfect substitute for wood.

PVC composite lamination flooring substrate panel base board can be worked with the tools for wood material. It's easy for sawing, drilling, nailing, bonding and planning.

PVC foam board has such characteristics as sound separation, sound absorption, heat separation.

The material is incombustible, it is safe for use.
All series of products have property of moisture proof, mildew proof, water resistance; its vibration resistant effect is good.

These processes result in a "skinning" or outer layer of foam board and harder or more scratch resistant. This kind of PVCfoam board can not only have much smoother surface but also have more skin hardness compared with other PVC WPC boards.
